Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure
Wellness Tabloid is a free publication, and advertising helps pay for the writing, editing, and research behind it. This page explains, in plain terms, how we make money and how we keep that separate from the advice we give. Last updated in 2026.
Advertising
This site displays ads served through Google AdSense. These ads are labeled as advertising, and they appear in fixed slots around the content rather than inside it. The specific ad you see is chosen automatically by Google based on factors like the page and your browser settings, so we do not pick, write, or control the individual ad creative. We do not endorse the products or services in those ads, and a company paying for an ad does not get coverage in our articles because of it.
Affiliate links
Some of the outbound links on this site may be affiliate links. When a link is an affiliate link and you buy something after clicking it, we may earn a small commission. That commission comes out of the seller's margin, so it costs you nothing extra, and the price you pay is the same as it would be through any other link. Our affiliate relationships are limited and still forming, so many of our links are ordinary references with no commission attached at all. Where affiliate programs exist (for example, general retailer or product-review programs of the kind many publishers join), we treat the link the same way we would treat any other: we only point to something because we think it is worth your attention.
How this affects our content
It does not decide what we recommend. Our picks and advice come from research and hands-on testing, not from which links or advertisers pay the most. We do not accept payment to include a product, to rank it higher, or to write about it favorably, and an affiliate link never buys a better review. If we would not recommend something to a friend, it does not go in the article. You can read the full rules we follow in our editorial policy.
Your choices and consent
For readers in regions that require it, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we use Google's consent management to ask how your data may be used for ads before those ads load, and you can change your choice at any time. To understand what we collect and why, see our privacy policy, and for details on the cookies and similar technologies involved, see our cookie policy. You can also block or clear cookies through your browser settings.
